PASTOR SEARCH
Henry Christian Church is seeking a spiritually mature, relational, and mission-minded Next Generation Pastor to lead and invest in the spiritual growth of children, students, and families.
​
This full time role focuses on building a clear discipleship pathway from childhood through high school, helping the next generation know Christ, grow in their faith, and become active participants in the life of the church.
​
The Next Generation Pastor will provide direct leadership to student ministry while supporting and collaborating with children’s ministry leadership. This includes equipping volunteers, partnering with parents, and fostering a unified, Christ-centered approach to discipling young people.
​
This pastor will prioritize relationships by engaging with students and families both inside and outside the church, building trust through consistent presence in everyday life.
As part of the pastoral staff, this role also contributes to the broader ministry of the church through teaching, shepherding, and supporting the overall mission and vision of Henry Christian Church.
​
Ideal candidates will demonstrate spiritual maturity, a heart for discipleship, strong relational and leadership skills, and a passion for investing in the next generation and their families.
